What we make

What we make, and where it is made

Milling, turning, sinker EDM, tumbling and inspection are ours. Wire EDM, sheet metal, laser cutting, welding, plating and coating are not — we organise those with partner plants and say so below, so you always know where your part goes.

Milling

Housings, plates, brackets, manifolds, fixtures — one-off through series.

  • 32 machining centres, 3- and 4-axis (19 four-axis)
  • Up to roughly 800 × 600 × 500 mm
  • ±0.002 mm achievable on milled features

Welding & assembly

Welded and bolted assemblies delivered under one part number. Welding is done by a partner shop; machining and the final check are ours.

  • Steel, stainless and aluminium
  • Machining before or after welding as the part needs
  • Fasteners, inserts and hardware sourced by us

  • Anodising, plating, passivation, powder coating organised for you
  • Parts come back to us for inspection before shipping

Surface finishing — partly ours, the rest coordinated

Tumbling we do ourselves, on our own two machines. Anodising, black oxide, plating, passivation, blasting, polishing and powder coating run at shops we work with. We organise it, the parts come back to us for inspection, and it all arrives on one invoice.

Why buy from the shop

Four plain reasons

And two sections down, a list of what we cannot do. We would rather lose the enquiry than the order.

01

You talk to the shop, not a broker

The machines in the list below are ours. When a job needs sheet metal, wire EDM or a finish we do not do, we tell you which partner plant does it — nobody quietly forwards your drawing and adds a margin.

02

No minimum order quantity

One part is a job. A thousand parts is a job. The price per part changes; whether we take it does not.

03

Four engineers read the drawing

If a feature will make the part expensive, or a tolerance is tighter than it needs to be, you hear it with the quote.

04

Your files stay with us

Drawings go to nobody outside the shop. NDA on request, before you send anything.

Materials

Materials we run regularly

These are the ones always moving through the shop. Call out the material number or the EN designation on the drawing. If yours is not listed, that is not a no — ask.

Quality

Tolerances, documents, and what we do not have

Read the right-hand column before you order.

✓What you get

General tolerances DIN ISO 2768-m
unless your drawing says otherwise. Tighter is fine — mark it and we quote it. ±0.002 mm is achievable on milled features.
First article measured before the run
The first part off the machine goes on the coordinate measuring machine. If a toleranced feature is out we call you instead of cutting the rest.
Dimensional report on request
Actual value, nominal, upper and lower tolerance and the deviation, per measured feature, as a PDF. Ask for it with the order — it is not automatic.
EN 10204 3.1 material certificate
on request, with batch / heat number. Say so with the enquiry, because certified stock takes longer to arrive.
Drawings kept confidential
Your files go to nobody outside the shop. NDA on request.

!What we do not have

No ISO 9001 certificate
We are not currently certified. If your supplier approval needs the certificate, we would rather tell you now than after the order.
No EMPB to VDA Volume 2, no PPAP
A normal dimensional report you can have. The formal automotive first-article formats you cannot.
No casting, forging or injection moulding
We machine metal and plastics. Cast, forged or moulded parts are not ours, and we say so rather than quietly subcontracting them.
No 5-axis simultaneous machining
Our centres are 3- and 4-axis. If a part genuinely needs simultaneous 5-axis work, we tell you when we see the drawing — and can have it quoted by a 5-axis partner shop and coordinate the job for you.
Bridge-type coordinate measuring machine in the GY Machining measuring room
Measuring room — every first article is measured here before the run continues.
Sample dimensional inspection report showing nominal, tolerance and measured values
Sample dimensional report — one line per measured feature. Generic part; we do not show customer drawings.
Turned parts held in a multi-station fixture on a machining centre
Several pieces per setup in a fixture — the same datum for every part in the batch.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What files can I send?
STEP, IGES, X_T, X_B, DWG, DXF or PDF. A 3D model plus a drawing with the tolerances marked is the fastest route to an accurate price. If all you have is a PDF drawing, send it — we will come back with questions rather than guess.
How small an order will you take?
One part. There is no minimum order quantity. The unit price obviously falls with quantity, but a single prototype is a normal job here.
How long does a quote take?
Within 16 hours. We are in Dongguan, UTC+8, and read email from 08:00 to 22:00 every day of the week, so European and North American enquiries are normally answered by the time you are back at your desk.
How tight a tolerance can you actually hold?
±0.002 mm is achievable on milled features — not on every feature of every part. Mark the tolerances that matter on the drawing. Anything unmarked we work to DIN ISO 2768-m.
Are you ISO 9001 certified?
No. We are not currently certified, and we would rather say that plainly than let you find out during supplier approval. What we do have is a measuring room, first-article inspection before every production run, and a dimensional report on request.
Do you actually make the parts, or subcontract them?
Milling, turning and sinker EDM happen in our own shop in Dalingshan, Dongguan — the machine list on this page is our floor. Sheet metal, laser cutting, welding and wire EDM run at partner plants we have used for years, and surface finishing too: tumbling is ours, while anodising, plating, passivation, blasting and powder coating run at shops we work with. We organise that and it comes on one invoice, and we tell you so you know where your part goes.
Can you ship to my country?
Yes — DHL, FedEx or UPS, on your account or ours. If you use a forwarder in Shenzhen or Hong Kong we deliver there instead.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, and before you send anything if you prefer. Drawings and models go to nobody outside the shop either way.
